This Privacy Policy explains how SygWise collects, uses, and protects information when you use our B2B lead research platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address, authentication details from Firebase, plan and billing status, searches you create, lead results generated for your account, exports, credit usage, and support communications. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by SygWise.
2. Lead research data
SygWise researches public business and organization information from third-party sources and public websites. This may include company names, websites, phone numbers, public emails, contact pages, business locations, source links, website signals, and AI-generated summaries or outreach angles. SygWise is not intended to collect private household or consumer lead lists.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the service, process searches, generate and export lead results, enforce B2B and safety policies, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and provide customer support.
4. Service providers
SygWise uses service providers such as hosting, authentication, database, payment, analytics, AI, and public data APIs. These providers process data as needed to operate SygWise. Current examples may include Google Cloud, Firebase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Places, Vercel, and related infrastructure providers.
5. AI processing
Search inputs, public business evidence, website text snippets, and related search context may be sent to AI providers to classify search policy, create search strategy, evaluate leads, generate buying signals, and draft outreach angles. Do not enter sensitive personal information into SygWise.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain account, search, export, billing, and usage records as needed to provide the service, maintain billing records, prevent abuse, and improve the product. You can contact us to request account deletion or support with your data.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and service data. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and exported files.
