Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of SygWise. By using SygWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What SygWise does
SygWise provides B2B lead research tools. Users describe what they sell, who they sell to, and where they want to search. SygWise uses public and third-party sources, website analysis, and AI models to help generate structured business lead lists, buying signals, source links, and outreach angles.
2. B2B use only
SygWise is designed for public business and organization lead research. You may not use SygWise to generate lead lists for private individuals, households, residential addresses, consumers, patients, voters, minors, or other private persons. If your offer is legitimate but your requested target is private-consumer oriented, SygWise may block the search and suggest B2B alternatives such as property managers, agencies, associations, or businesses.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use SygWise for illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity. This includes fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, fake documents, doxxing, harassment, illegal goods or services, evasion of laws, or any use intended to facilitate criminal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Outreach compliance
You are responsible for how you use exported leads and outreach angles. You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including rules related to email, phone, SMS, privacy, consumer protection, and anti-spam. SygWise does not send outreach on your behalf unless a separate feature explicitly states otherwise.
5. AI and data accuracy
SygWise uses AI and automated analysis. Lead data, buying signals, fit scores, contact information, and outreach angles may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should review and verify important information before relying on it.
6. Credits, billing, and refunds
SygWise uses lead credits. Credits may be held when a search starts and charged only for qualified leads delivered. If a search fails or returns fewer qualified leads than requested, unused held credits may be returned automatically. Subscription and payment processing is handled by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan selected unless canceled.
7. Account suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being used for prohibited activity, abuse, excessive automated activity, payment issues, or risks to SygWise, users, third parties, or the service.
